Karaline is an American meteorologist born on January 4, 1988, in Chicago, Illinois, United States. She has been passionate about forecasting the news since an early age.
The meteorologist began her journey to become a reporter in 2012 when she enrolled at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned a degree in broadcast journalism in 2016. During her bachelor's, she worked as a news intern at WCIA and promotion assistant at 97.1 FM The Drive in Chicago, IL.

Karaline Cohen is leaving ABC 6 WSYX-TV because of her new job in Cincinati. Her last day at WSYX/ WTTE was on 15 January 2023.
She will join WSYX’s sister station in Cincinnati. She also received a warm farewell from her fellow mates at ABC 6 WSYX-TV. On January 14, 2023, Aria Durant, one of her friends posted on Twitter wishing her luck in her new adventure and her happy and prosperous life with her fiance in Cincinnati.
Additionally, her Facebook fans are upset by the news and expressed their concerns about her leaving the program in the comment section of her post announcing her departure.

Her Fiance Benjamin Blumberg Proposed Her Last Year
Karaline is engaged to her boyfriend Dr. Benjamin R. Blumberg D.D.S., M.S. The couple got engaged on 12 November 2022.
According to the University of Pointe Endodontics, Benjamin was originally from Wilmington, Ohio, and graduated from Wilmington High School in 2011. He later joined Ohio State University, graduating with a B.S. degree in Microbiology in 2015 and a D.D.S. degree in 2019.
He had developed a passion for endodontics while studying at Ohio State University. He was a professor and instructed dental students in the university's emergency and pre-doctoral endodontic clinics.
Benjamin has worked and been involved in multiple organizations, such as American Student Dental Association, American Dental Association, Keely Dental Society, and Cincinnati Dental Society.
Benjamin is also active on social media; his Facebook handle is Benjamin Blumberg, and he posts pictures of himself with his fiancée and family.
