Joe Biden, birthname Joseph Robinette Biden Jr., 79, is an American politician who is the 46th president of the United States. Biden is no stranger to Americans, as between 2009-2017, he was the 47th vice-president under Barack Obama and represented Delaware in the United Senate from 1973 to 2009.

Biden, with zero question, is in bad political shape at the moment approval ratings in the high 30s and gas being at $5 a gallon. If he decides to run for a second term, he will be the party's nominee and probable strongest candidate. There arises a question of whether his candidacy is the best thing for Democrats nationally or not.

Joe has inflation and pandemic to contend with as things often go wrong for the president in a midterm election year. The current American President, Joe, has prolonged experience and frequent representation with congressional Republicans.

Pete Buttigieg, a former military officer, moves ahead of Harris but not with any great conviction. The transportation secretary ran a campaign in 2020 and was close to winning the first two contests.

A member of the Democratic Party, and the 32nd mayor of South Bend, would enter 2024 with more heft as a Cabinet secretary. After Biden, he is next in the line in sheer believability.

President-elect Biden named Harvard College graduate Pete as his nominee for Secretary of Transportation in December 2020. Buttigieg, in December 2018, sought a third term as mayor of South Bend.

3. Kamala Harris

Kamala Harris, the current vice-president, has been backed to succeed Biden as the Democratic Party's next presidential nominee.

Skynews reported her poor ratings, gaffes, and her interview with CNN this week. Kamala's major political hit will assist her in an open 2024 Democratic race as the frontrunner, thanks to her Black supporters.

It's hard for her to move forward and clear the field after her struggles so far as Biden's second-in-command. According to Virginia voters, Kamala is not a shoo-in to replace President Biden at the top of the ticket if he does not seek re-election in 2024.

Being a woman most likely to become the first female president of the United States to The New York Times and The New Yorker, she becomes the possible nominee for the U.S. Supreme Court.

Biden endorsed Amy after her suspension on March 2, 2020, the day before Super Tuesday.
