Kindred Actress Mallori Johnson Age Revealed

Mallori Johnson is presently 27 years old. Mallori was born and raised in California along with her elder brother Rudy Johnson.

Her mother used to tell her stories about when she was just a child. When she was three, her mother took her to see her brother in The Wiz. 

Rudy played the role of a scarecrow, and baby Mallori was so focused on the show her mother thought that it was the quietest she had ever been.

In an interview with Elle, she said that she always knew that pursuing her career in acting was what she always wanted.

Mallori joined the San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts and majored in theatre. After high school, she did a year in Cal Arts. She went to Julliard School and graduated in 2021.

Mallori has appeared in two projects in 2022 including Kindred and WeCrashed. Her movie The Other Zoey is yet to release.

Johnson got the role of a significant Hulu production right after graduating from college in 2021.

She is the lead of FX on Hulu’s Kindred, an adaptation of Octavia E. Butler’s epic 1979 sci-fi novel. 

She stars in the role of Dana James, an aspiring TV writer who mysteriously travels back in time and discovers some disturbing truths about her family and American History. 

The show premiered on Hulu on December 13, 2022, and has eight episodes. It only covers about one-third of the book.

Johnson signed for and featured her in a significant role, and some may also recognize her from the Apple TV+ show WeCrashed as Bea.

The first episode of the show aired in March 2022. She had the opportunity to work alongside some prominent stars, including Jared Leto and Ann Hathaway.

She is also set to appear in the upcoming American romantic comedy film The Other Zoey.
