Jeffery Turner Jr is the only son of Democratic Party member Nina Turner.

He was named after his father Jeffery Turner Sr. who is the President, owner, and CEO of Turner Strategic Advisory Group based in Ohio, U.S.

According to his profile on his business's website, he also owned Turner Rental Properties and Turner Online Sales specializing in the distribution and sales of windows and doors. Moreover, Jeffery has gained over 20 years of experience in law enforcement.

Just like his father, Jeffery has also served in law enforcement. He is a veteran and serves as a lieutenant in the Ohio National Guard. Nina often states that her son is her inspiration to keep the faith and continue fighting. 

Jeffery has often made his parent's heads high with his dedication, hard work, and life achievements. 

Jeffery Turner Jr. is probably in his late 20s currently.

He graduated from Cleveland State University in December 2012. His parents Nina Turner and Jeffery Turner Sr. have been together for quite a long time. The family of three happily habitats in Cleveland while Nina works out of Washington, D.C.

Talking about his mother, Nina was born on December 7, 1967, in Cleveland, Ohio, and is 54 years old currently. His mother is the first of seven children of her parents Faye and Taalib. Reportedly, Jeffery's grandparents separated when his mother was only five years old.

Turner's grandmother served as a preacher and also as a nurse's aide in a senior home. She struggled with high blood pressure all her life and unfortunately passed away in 1992 when she was just 42 years old.

Jeffery is very close to his parents and considers them the principal figure of his life. Both parents always encouraged him to pursue his life goals and supported him in every step of life. He grew up with the warm love and affection of his parents in his hometown Cleveland.

Growing up Turner witnessed his parent's struggle and their dedication to work which always gave him the inspiration to achieve more. From an early age, he was always eager to serve his country and wanted to work in law enforcement like his dear father.

Jeffery Turner Jr. was enrolled at Cleveland State University from where he graduated in 2012. At the happy moment his mother, Nina Turner, shared a cheerful photo of herself alongside her son and husband in a Tweet on December 17, 2012.

She was quite excited to share the news of her son's graduation as she stated how proud she and her husband were feeling at the time. Many of her loved ones instantly congratulated Jeffery on his graduation followed by the tweet.

Like her son, Nina is also highly educated having graduated from Cleveland's John F. Kennedy High School in 1986. She went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and a Master of Arts degree from the same university her son graduated, Cleveland State University.

Additionally, Nina also holds an Associate degree from Cuyahoga Community College where she currently serves as a tenured assistant professor of history. The whole family is highly educated and has served in their respective fields with all their true dedication.

Both of his parents established a network of business and political relationships together throughout Ohio. During their travel in the 2014 campaign for Ohio Secretary of State, they witnessed the need for new and improved public policy that would ultimately bring educators, elected officials, industry and labor leaders, and others together to form interdependent local, and national infrastructures.

Jeffery Turner Jr. is a veteran and has further served in law enforcement just like his dad, Jeffery Turner Sr, who has over 20 years of experience in the field.

Moreover, he is a lieutenant in the Ohio National Guard military police, The Sun reported in August 2021.

Nina Turner is a proud mother and also shared her feeling via a tweet in December 2012 when her son received his second lieutenant commission.

Nina stated in an interview that her heart skipped a beat after learning about the Baton Rouge Police Shooting that left 3 officers dead. In an instant, she called her son to know about his well-being. She shared that Jeffery was in law enforcement and she was frightened by the news.

The first thing Nina did was called her son and asked if he was doing well. As a mother, she wanted to make sure her son was all right. She also stated that her son could have been in any of those scenarios. 

The small family of Jeffery is really close to each other. He is the only child of his parents, Nina and Jeffery, and is really adored by the loving couple. In 2014, Nina tweeted referencing her loving son as her inspiration to keep the faith and keep the fight for all people.
