Kasparian married boyfriend Christian Lopez, on September 30, 2016. Ana lives with her family in Los Angeles.

The couple has two children, a son, and a daughter. They also have a family dog named Charlie.

On September 30, 2021, Ana posted a wedding picture on her Instagram, dancing with her husband and celebrating her fifth anniversary with him with the caption, "Married my best friends 5 years ago today." 

Her post was filled with appreciation and well wishes from her fans, congratulating her and showing love to the journalist. The pair love each other and constantly talk about each other on their respective social media platforms.

Lopez is a former Minor League Baseball player who now works as an actor, model, and sporting coach. 

Christian was born on October 12, 1984, and is a Libra. On his 38th birthday, he posted a compilation of pictures, including wishes from his mom, his baseball team, and friends wishing him a happy birthday.
