Claire is from Blackrock in Dublin. In 2011, Chris and his ex-wife decided to get a divorce. They do not have any children together.

According to TMZ, Nolan filed divorce papers in LA County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. The documents state that the couple had been separated since 2009. 

As part of the divorce settlement, Claire Nolan received a payment of $200,000, an Irish property co-owned by the couple, the contents of their Irish bank account, and a vintage 1965 International Scout jeep.

Pontius, also known as Party Boy, will retain ownership of the couple's Los Angeles home and his royalties from the Jackass and Wildboyz franchise.
