Former businesswoman Angie Craig was born in 1972 in West Helena, Arkansas.

She was raised by a single mother and grew up in a mobile home park. She watched her mother work hard.

Angie completes her teaching degree over nine years while raising three kids with the help of her grandmother.

Angie took office in January 2019 and became the first Democrat representing Minnesota's 2nd district.

She held a Bipartisan Index Score of 0.3 in the 116th United States Congress for 2019. She also voted in line with Trump's states position.

In June 2022, Angie Craig voted in line with Joe Bidens's position. She introduced the Affordable Insulin Now Act, and the bill passed the House.

2. Craig cosponsored more than 1,000 bills, with more than two-thirds bipartisan.
3. Met with more than15,000 Minnesotans and hosted 44 town halls in all six counties in the second district.

Angie Craig has four amazing young sons. Her first son is now a proud trade school graduate and a machinist.

Craig's two children graduated from four-year colleges; the youngest is a recent graduate from Rosemount High School and is a college student.

The couple added two daughters-in-law and her grandson, Noah, to our family. Joshua Craig-Langston is a child of Angie Craig.
