Army colonel Miniyothabo Baloyi is the new spouse of a former army general and Vice President to Emmerson Mnangagwa, Constantine Chiwenga.

Indeed, he has held vital positions in the parliament, serving as the Minister of Defense and War, Commander of the Zimbabwe Armed Forces and the National Army for a few years, and still controlled the country with ease.

As the rise of spirited opposition grew stronger, Mnangagwa got more paranoid than ever as he feared he would miss his position.

Miniyothabo Baloyi is an army colonel who married Vice President Constantino Chiwenga as the media revealed their association a month earlier.

In the sensational video, he got an interview with a Zimbabwe Statistical Agency enumerator related to census, as he agreed that he had moved in with Baloyi, referring to her as his wife.

Indeed, it is his third attempt in the last 15 years, as his need to find a lover has not diminished despite the failed attempts.

Surprisingly, President Emmerson Mnangagwa announced the event in a statement he made on Wednesday, where he confirmed the politician was together with the colonel.

The people frowned at their relationship as it came after a messy separation from his former partner.

Miniyothabo Baloyi is a 46-year-old army cornel who is a serving officer in the Zimbabwe National Army.

Indeed, she got born and raised in Filabusi, in Matabeleland South, and she received her Bachelor of Arts from PLA University of Foreign Languages, graduating with first calls honors.

She returned to school to get her Masters in international relations, International/Global Studies from the University of Zimbabwe.

In addition, she also has a Ph.D. in Business Leadership, Business Administration, and Management from Midlands State University, as she can legally call herself a doctor.

With knowledge of six languages, she is an asset to the country as she got promoted to a high ranking in January 2020.

Miniyothabo Baloyi is the new wife of Zimbabwean politician Constantine Chiwenga. But it is not his first time walking down the aisle, as he previously tied the knot with Jocelyn Jacobsen in 1998.

Fate had other plans as they had to go their separate ways in 2012 after accounting for a divorce after 14 years of marriage.

Before their divorce became finalized, he had fallen for the former model, Marry Mubaiwa, and could not wait for the court verdict to make things official. Their marriage remained fruitful as she bore him his first child, a son, in 2012, followed by a daughter a year later.
